"La peor compañía de seguros. Solo he tenido problemas con state farm en el dmv. Me sacaron dinero de pago automático desde el año antepasado y esta es la hora en que no me lo han devuelto. He recibido muchas cartas del dmv por lapso en el seguro y cada mes les estuve pagando sin falta. No recomiendo esta agencia para nada. La peor de todas. El correo que mando de mi cuenta esta totalmente erróneo, claramente se equivoco de cliente."

After carefully reviewing your account and related communications, I would like to provide some clarification. In November, you reached out regarding a notice from the DMV. At that time, we reviewed your account and noted that 11 payments were returned due to declined transactions. These payments were attempted automatically as part of the payment plan you selected when activating your policies. I have also sent you an email with your payment history, detailing the returned payments each month. To help you avoid any lapse in coverage, we sent monthly notifications via text and email each time a payment was declined. These reminders are provided as a courtesy to keep you informed and enable you to take prompt action to maintain your policy."

"After several frustrating attempts with other companies I reluctantly contacted State Farm thinking it was going to be much more expensive than what I had been offered by other companies. After so many offers made by computers it was a pleasant surprise when contacting Brandon Garcia’s office and having Ms Taylor calmly- effectively- not only solving my issues- best price out of all the others. "I have been with State Farm and my agent, Brando Garcia, for about four years, covering both my car and apartment insurance without any issues. However, since obtaining motorcycle insurance, I have faced two civil penalties due to the expiration of my liability insurance. Thankfully, these penalties were eventually resolved with a payment. I am left wondering if the lack of scheduled automatic payments contributed to this problem. I appreciate Brando's efficiency in helping me manage my insurance, especially during my first driving road test and my daughter's. His help has been invaluable, and I've appreciated the competitive pricing offered. Moving forward, I am committed to continuing my policy, as this experience has taught me the importance of staying vigilant about expiration dates. I believe it has also provided Brando with insights to address clients’ concerns proactively and effectively."
"Hi Monica, I completely understand how frustrating the notice from the DMV must have been. Please know that we submitted all the required documentation to our regional office for processing. Our regional office did upload the FS1 documentation, but unfortunately, the DMV portal wasn’t updating to show that they had received it—even though our system confirmed that the document was received and accepted. We shared that confirmation with you as well. When you called back, we promptly reprocessed the documentation and assigned a representative to handle your case directly. We also sent you the confirmation again for your records. A couple of years ago, the DMV changed their process for accepting FS1 documents, which has caused challenges for many people, including us. I truly empathize with how this has added to your frustration. Please rest assured that we have done everything on our end as promised.
